摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of conservative therapy and operative therapy in the treatment of supination-eversion ankle fracture.Methods 60 patients with supination-eversion fracture at ankle who were in our hospital were divided into group A and group B according to the therapies,30 cases in each group.Group A received the manipulative reduction therapy,while group B received the open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) therapy. The Mazur scores,Leed scores,and complication incidences of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe proportion of patient with an excellent X-ray film in group B was 70.00%,which was higher than the 36.67% of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patient with excellent ankle function and symptom assessment in group B was 83.33%,which was higher than the 50.00% of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance between the two groups’ incidences of complications(P>0.05).ConclusionConservative therapy and operative therapy are both effective in the treatment of supination-eversion ankle fracture, which should be selected according to the situation of patient in the clinical practice.关键词
