关节镜手术与非手术治疗踝关节退行性骨关节病的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy between arthroscopic surgery therapy and non-operative therapy in the treatment of ankle degenerative osteoarthropathy.Methods68 patients with ankle degenerative osteoarthropathy who were in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were divided into operation group and non-operation group. The operation group received arthroscopic surgery treatment and the non-operation group received conservative treatment. The excellent-effective rates as well as the VAS scores, Tegner scores, and Mazur scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe excellent-effective rate of the operation group was close to that of the non-operation group, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Before treatment, the VAS scores, Tegner scores, and Mazur scores of the two groups were close to each other group, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores, Tegner scores, and Mazur scores of the two groups were obviously better than those before, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and three kind of scores of the two groups were close to each other group, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ankle degenerative osteoarthropathy, the arthroscopic surgery therapy and non-operation therapy are both effective, and can relieve the pain symptoms and improve the ankle functions of patients. In clinical practice, among the two treatment methods, the appropriate one should be chosen according to the actual situation of patients.关键词
