Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore and discuss the effect of community methadone maintenance treatment on the social and family functions of heroin addicts.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 200 heroin addicts were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to lot drawing method, 100 cases in each group. All addicts received six-month treatment, the control group received routine methadone treatment, while the observation group received community methadone maintenance treatment. At the end of treatment, the scores of social function, family function, life quality, and the medicine-taking compliance were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the scores of social function, family function, life quality, and the Medicine-taking compliance were obvious higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCommunity methadone maintenance treatment can significantly improve the social and family functions in heroin addicts, and promote the harmonies of family and society.关键词
