摘要

Abstract

Axial force of centrifugal compressor is affected by the factors of geometry and running environment etc.The direction and valuve are changed by the difference of running condition .Therefore it′s very necessary to summarize the method that how to calculate the axial force of centrifugal compressor exactly .The article construes the influence factors of axial force from the force analysis and pressure distribution of the rotor bearing .Axial force calcu-lation formula is derived and refrigeration centrifugal compressor is taken as an example to calculate axial force of the different working conditions .Then take some experiments to verify the accuracy of theoretical calculation .It′s proved that the axial force calculation results are approximate with the experimental results and the error is only 5%.Re-search conclusions provide the theoretical basis for the centrifugal compressor design about axial force .
