摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe and compare the inhibitory effect of Ilex asprella root aqueous extract and I.asprella stem aqueous extract on several respiroviruses,in order to provide references for expansion of I.asprella’s medicinal parts.Methods:MDCK,A549,HEL and LLC-MK2 cell were infected with influenza virus type A FM1 strain,RSV, rhinovirus type 1 4,adenovirus type 3,parainfluenza virus type 3 separately.The inhibitory effect of I.asprella root aqueous extract and I.asprella stem aqueous extract on influenza virus type A FM1 strain was observed by using chicken hemagglutination method.And CPE was used to observe the inhibitory effect of I.asprella root aqueous extract and I.asprella stem aqueous extract on RSV,rhinovirus type 1 4,adenovirus type 3,parainfluenza virus type 3.Results:At the nontoxic concentration,I.asprella root aqueous extract can inhibit influenza virus type A FM1 strain,RSV and parainfluenza virus type 3,while I.asprella stem aqueous extract only inhibit adenovirus type 3 and RSV.Conclusion:Both I.asprella root aqueous extract and I.asprella stem aqueous extract can inhibit some of respiratory viruses in vitro.The inhibitory effect of I.asprella root aqueous extract on respiratory viruses in vitro is better than that of I.asprella stem aqueous extract.
