Abstract
[Abstract ] Objective: To detect heavy metals in Carthami Flos and evaluate the heavy metal residue situation.Methods:The contents of Pb,Cd in Flos Carthami were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),and As,Hg contents were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results:The 50 batchs of HongHua showed different degree of heavy metal contamination,22% of the samples were contaminated,the over standard rates of Pb,Cd and Hg were 4%,1 2% and 1 4%,respectively.The samples from Aahui were mostly contaminated.The over standard rate of the heavy metal in unqualified Carthami Flos reached 60%.Conclusion:Carthami Flos exhibist heavy metal contamination.It is necessary to strengthen the examination and control for harmful chemical elements in Carthami Flos to enhance the quality and guarantee clinical use safety.关键词
