环境因子对濒危药用植物秦艽种子萌发的影响
Effect of Environmental Factors on Endangered Medicinal Plant Gentiana macrophylla Seed Germination
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of environmental factors on Gentiana macrophylla seed germination and provide a theoretical basis for the protection of G.macrophylla seed resources.Methods:The grain seed weight, conductivity rats,light radiation,water contents around environment,and seed germination rate in the coverage by the different depth soil was determined in the experiment.Results:There existed some differences among different seeds collected from four regions in the grain weight,vigor,germination potential and germination rate.Insufficient light,too much water, the deeper soil cover might reduce seed germination rate.Conclusion:Light radiation,water contents around environment, different soil depth coverage and other environmental factors may play an important role on G.macrophylla seed germination respectively.关键词
