摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of different cultivation mode on the accumulation of biomass and active substances of S.baicalensis in order to provide basic data for cultivation of S.baicalensis.Methods:4 Cultivation modes were designed,convention-planting(T1 ),ridge-planting(T2 ),ridge-planting +nonwovens(T3 )and ridge-planting +nonwovens +covering(T4 ).Samples were collected randomly and then seedling height,root length,ground diameter,plant weight,fresh weight of underground part and dry weight of underground part were measured,the content of active substances were determined by HPLC.SPSS1 3.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:The biomass of S.baicalensis increased differently under the mode of T2 ,T3 and T4 Compared to T1 ,the seedling height,ground diameter,fresh weight of underground part and the dry weight of underground part of T4 increased 31 .8%,27.5%,32.6% and 33.9% respectively,the root length and ground diameter of T3 increased by 33.8% and 27.5% respectively.The active substances of S.baicalensis were significantly increased under the mode of T2 ,T3 and T4 Compared to T1 ,the content of scutellarin,baicalin and wogonoside under the mode of T3 was improved by 1 2.8%,1 1 .9% and 1 0.7% respectively,the content of scutellarin,baicalin,wogonoside, baicalein and wogonin under the mode of T4 was improved 23.4%, 22.5%, 25.2%, 22.4% and 50.4%respectively.Conclusion:From the perspective of biomass and active substances of S.baicalensis,the ridge-planting was superior to convention-planting.The smash of overground part of S.baicalensis and nonwovens covering can promote the accumulation of biomass and active substances more effectively.
