Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction method for Jinyin Qingre Oral Liquid.Methods:The best extraction method for Jinyin Qingre Oral Liquid was chosen through comparing 4 kinds of extracting Methods:semi-bionic extraction (SBE),water extraction (WE),semi-bionic extraction and deposition with alcohol (SBAE),extracting with water and depositing with alcohol(WAE).The dried extract yield and content of chlorogenic acid,geniposide and total phenolic acid were selected as the assessment indexes.Results:The comprehensive evaluation value was as follows:SBE >WE >SBAE >WAE.Conclusion:SBE is the best extracting method for Jinyin Qingre Oral Liquid.关键词
