大孔树脂对黄芪总皂苷的分离纯化研究
Study on Separation and Purification of Total Saponins from Radix Astragali with Macropere Resin

Abstract
Objective: To optimize the separation and purification processes of total saponins from Radix Astragali.Methods:The adsorption and desorption properties of total saponins of Astragalus (D1 01 、AB-8、HPD300、HPD600、DM1 30)under static and dynamic conditions were investigated with the content of total saponins as index.Results:The purification effect of HPD300 resin was optimal,when the loading quantities was 2 ∶1 (crude drug of Radix Astragali:macropere Resin),With 70% ethanol as eluant,the amount was 4BV.The Desorption ratio and product purity reached 86.5% and 33.8% separately.Conclusion:The optimized macroporous resin purification process is stable and feasible,and can be used for separation and purification of total saponins of Astragalus.关键词
