Abstract
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Ganhuangcao tea bag.Methods:The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C1 8 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mixture of methanol -0.1 % phosphate(50∶50)as the mobile phase.The determination wavelength was set at 360nm with the flow rate of 1 .0 mL·min -1 .Results:The quercetin and kaempferol showed good linearity in the range of 0.2036 ~2.036 0 μg and 0.043 2 ~0.432 0 μg respectively.The average recovery rate of quercetin and kaempferol were 98.43%(RSD =1 .75%) and 97.61 %(RSD =2.1 7%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Ganhuangcao tea bag.关键词
