Abstract
Real-time PCR is a quantitative analysis method of initial template,which real-time monitors the whole PCR reaction by adding fluorescent substance into PCR reaction system to detect the fluorescence signal.Due to its advantages of simple operation,convenient and efficient,tremendous sensitivity,highly sequence-specific,a large dynamic range and low pollution,Real-time PCR has become one of the most widely used methods of nucleic acid quantitation and so on.This review discusses the theory,types of quantitation and its application in detailed TCMstudy.关键词
