Abstract
In order to improving the downlink capacity and data rate of UMTS , high speed downlink packet access technology is very necessary.The paper researches on mapping relation between SNR in non-AWGN channel and BLER.An optimization scheme is proposed, according to data segments on coherence time and the SNR mapping of multiple data segments .It is important to achieve non-AWGN to AWGN channel SNR valid mapping and make them the same BLER.关键词
