Flow Field Simulation on the Axial Leakage of Gear Pump-Motor Unity Machines
摘要
Abstract
The performance of gear pump-motor unity machines is highly affected by internal leakage from axial , radial clear-ance and meshing line.Among them, the axial leakage is dominant, which percentage is over 70%.Based on that, the flow field of the system is studied to show more details of the axial leakage in this paper .Firstly, the operating principles and speed control loop of the unity machine are introduced.Then, the simplified 3D model is built with SolidWorks.The flow field is simulated with flow simulation module to study the axial leakage of the gear pump-motor unity machines afterwards.At last, simulation results and theoretical calculations are compared to show the feasibility of the computer-based simulation.关键词
