F1-ATPase转动马达的随机动力学研究
Stochastic dynamics of the F1-ATPase rotation motor
摘要
Abstract
A physical model to investigate F1-ATPase rotation was developed in the present work. Analytical expression for mean rotational velocity was obtained as a function of external control variable nucleotide concentration [ATP]and friction coefficientγL.Furthermore,the ratio of forward to backward rotational motions in the presence of thermal fluctuation was used to modify analytical expression of mean rotational velocity.The obtained results agreed well with experimental data.关键词
