On Copyright Protection Strategyin the Context of Media Convergence
摘要
Abstract
The paper applies the principles of game theory to establish a game model which includes the state, the copyright enterprises and the pirates,and makes some analysis on the relationships and equilibriums among them. On the basis of the outcome,some strategies of copyright protection are given out,such as intensifying the campaign against pirating activities,uniting the anti-privacy organizations to safeguard the rights and interests and reduce the costs on it,giving wide publicity to raise the copyright awareness, improving the legal system, and revising the provision of technology neutrality .关键词
