摘要

Abstract

By adopting new hydrophilic chain extender DMBA, the pilling resistance agent WPU was made with solvent-free method, the preparation process was optimized and applied on cotton knitted fabrics and polyes-ter/wool blended knitted fabrics.The results showed that the pilling resistance level of the knitted fabric was en-hanced 4 levels while the handle and white degree were the same with the original fabric.The IR spectrum dis-closed that isocyanate had fully participated in the reaction.The scanning electron microscope indicated that fiber ends were attached on the surface of yarn after fabric was finished, which showed the pilling resistance character-istic.
