面向医疗物联网的便携式连续血糖监测系统研究
Portable Continuous Glucose Monitoring System for Medical Application on Internet of Things

Abstract
The paper develops a portable continuous glucose monitoring system based on Internet of things in order to realize a dynamic continuous monitoring of blood sugar concentration of diabetic patients. The whole system con⁃sists of three parts:a spiral-wired Pt-Ir electrode,a blood sugar information collector and a handheld network device. The system applies a potential signal and the collector thus receives the resulting micro-ampere current(0-1 000 nA)between working and reference electrode and transfers it into relative glucose concentration. System power con⁃sumption plays important role to the whole system,and the consumption could be reduced into ca. 0.4 mWh after im⁃provement with different wireless transmission. The pure impedance measurement error of circuits is able to be re⁃duced around 1‰. The real glucose solution test indicates the system have the sensitivity of 22.8 nA/(mmol/L). This portable system possesses several advantages,such as low power consumption,miniaturization and networking, which are expected to become a novel type of blood sugar monitor.关键词
