摘要

Abstract

On the study of transient test during the flame’s temperature flied such as explosion,temperature sensor’s dynamic response characteristic is one of the important indicators affects the test result. And the thermo couple’s dy⁃namic response characteristic is always reflected by time constant. In this paper,according to the thermo couple cali⁃bration requirements raised about the special temperature environment,a flame temperature source method was ap⁃plied to experiment on a thermocouple,which is produced by OMEGA Company. It’s time constant is obtained as 846.992 ms in the flame’s temperature field. And the calibration system’s dynamic repeatability is 1.17%. The re⁃sults show that in flame’s temperature field,the time constant obtained through this method can more truly reflect thermocouple’s dynamic response characteristic. Moreover,because the calibration system’s high measurement pre⁃cision and it’s good dynamic repeatability,the research results have some application values to the study of thermal damage of the exploded ammunition.
