摘要

Abstract

According to the nature and characteristics of smart meter, the full lifecycle is divided into aspects including design, type testing, production, testing, operation, retirement identification. Take the quality as the core,the related quality data of all aspects is extracted and analyzed. The quality database is established containing the quality informa-tion on all aspects. Using analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the quality evaluation model of smart meter full lifecycle is established. The quality evaluation on a single meter, batches, different types of product and supplier is realized. The quality is evaluated from multi-level, multi-angle on smart meter full lifecycle. Using the quality evaluation software, quality information is imported automatically from the quality database. And the comprehensive score of each smart me-ter manufacturer is calculated.
