摘要

Abstract

Real-time clock is an important operating parameter in the time-division measurement, energy counting and such basic functions of energy meter. To get a more stable and reliable real-time clock, here proposing a way to integrate soft clock and hard clock in synchronous through interaction mechanism. Soft clock accomplished through single chip microprocessor simulating time , and hard clock accomplished through external clock chip. In this way, soft clock way takes its advantage in anti-jamming but avoid disadvantage of lower clock accuracy, meanwhile, hard clock way takes its advantage in higher clock accuracy but avoid disadvantage for easily being jammed when synchronous. It offers a re-al-time clock with higher accurate and stronger in anti-jamming in energy meter.
