摘要

Abstract

According to the traditional business processes of State Grid, measuring equipment from manufacturers to warehousing at network province center, distribution, and then to secondary or tertiary library, until delivery outbound to the installation site, multiple artificial packing and loading is needed between packing and turnover, which exists the problems of low efficiency, the large site occupy and high operation cost. The new paper turnover this paper introduces, designed based on different paper material and the mechanical properties of different structure combination, can directly compatible applied to the existing storage, verification system. Artificial packing and loading can be omitted by using the turnover in the flow process from the factory to the installation site. The result shows that the scheme can solve the problems above well.
