Abstract
Contract energy management is a new type of mar⁃ket oriented energy saving operation management mechanism. Ener⁃gy saving service corporation signed energy management contract, to provide customers with energy audit, project design, project procure⁃ment, engineering construction, equipment installation and mainte⁃nance, and a complete set of services, to recover the investment and make profit from the customer’s energy saving benefit. The article introduces the EMC practical cases using some hotel building in Hefei city and analyzes the advantages and problems of EMC.关键词
