Abstract
To meet the needs of the different management con⁃trol and the increasing needs of index evaluation, the paper perfects marketing business controls of“problem⁃oriented, index⁃leading”. Through the research of management thought and practice summary, it introduces the process to find problems in the control data from marketing business, and to solve the problems. This research intro⁃duces problem⁃oriented theory which has reference function for the power supply enterprise marketing operations control work.关键词
