摘要

Abstract

The low⁃voltage on⁃line line loss rate of the distribu⁃tion unit⁃area can be computed through the power user energy data acquire system in real time, according to the distribution transformer and power consumption data. In this paper, we present a classified management method on the basis of the transformer area power con⁃sumption features and thus some targeted measures are developed on the line loss reduction. Hierarchical management was adopted to monitor the daily change of transformer area on⁃line line loss at differ⁃ent levels and can be timely alarmed when the range of fluctuation ex⁃ceeds its limit, according to the evaluation of on⁃line line loss. We es⁃tablish a case base by collecting the abnormal area line loss typical ground improvement case. We design intelligent diagnostic tools of area line loss on the basis of the cases database, to guide the on⁃site check and treatment. In this paper, we develop the line loss analysis and hierarchical management software to improve the line loss of the distribution unit⁃area management work efficiency and promote the lean management of power marketing.
