稳定域概念下考虑保守性的电力系统在线暂态稳定评估方法
Conservative Online Transient Stability Assessment in Power System Based on Concept of Stability Region

Abstract
Online transient stability assessment (TSA) for post-fault power system is a tough problem. Current studies based on data mining techniques have two main shortcomings: one is assessment rules established without theoretical basis, and the other is assessment results taking maybe unstable cases as stable. For the first problem, this paper proposes an assessment rule based on stability region concept. The rule is approximation and transformation of stability boundary. For the second problem, conventional support vector machine (SVM) model is reformed to achieve two novel SVMs to divide input space into stable, unstable and grey areas. The first two areas are assured correct and grey area shall be as small as possible. Case studies on IEEE 39-bus system and a power grid of China province show no false dismissals and the grey area can be decreased by increasing number of input features.关键词
