Abstract
Operation efficiency evaluation of distribution network is beneficial to understand grid operation status, improve decision-making and guide investment orientation. Aiming at existing problems of current operation efficiency evaluation of distribution network, this paper presents a method of equipment efficiency rating based on load duration curve and analysis of factors affecting operation efficiency evaluation. The model considers power grid security and equipment economic operation, and proposes new indices including maximum transportable load, average load factor based on safe operation, and security risk penalty factor. This paper also analyzes influence of load duration curve shape on security risk penalty factor. Calculation methods of system efficiency and coordination degree are put forward based on general equipment efficiency to reflect overall operation efficiency of distribution network and operation coordination among different equipment levels. Feasibility and validity of the model are verified with simulation results.关键词
