摘要
Abstract
By using the evanescent field coupling,micro-ring resonator and grating reflection principle,a 3D inte⁃grated splitter/multiplexer based on inserted grating micro-ring structure was proposed. The proposed splitter/multi⁃plexer consists of a central inserted grating micro-ring filter layer and two symmetric output layers,which can simul⁃taneously achieve power splitting and wavelength division.The filter characteristics of the compact splitter/multiplex⁃er can be improved by using the inserted grating. By using the beam propagation method,the optimization of the splitter/multiplexer has been given,which shows the three kinds ofoutput spectra with different power.关键词
