摘要
Abstract
A new Z-copy current differencing transconductance amplifier(CDTA)with variable transconductance ad⁃justed by voltage is presented. Adopted a low voltage-high performance current mirror in the current input stage,the consumption of the voltage redundancy,input impedance and transmission error of this circuit are reduced;Based on the MOS linear composite cell,transconductance amplifier stage with voltage control transconductance is achieved. The circuit is designed by using SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS technology,the Spectre simulation results show that the current linear input range is from-100μA to 100μA in ± 0.9 V voltage source condition,the input imped⁃ance is 10Ω. The transconductance can be regulated from 0.34 mS to 1.56 mS,and the-3 dB bandwidths of iz/ii and ix/ii are 131 MHz and 88 MHz. The total power consumption is 2.8 mW. In addition,a current-mode universal bi⁃quad filter is acquired occupying only two MO-VCCDTA and two capacitors.关键词
