大学生学习积极性与效果影响因素浅析

Abstract
In this paper, through the long time observation and summary of the students' learning condition in teaching, the factors affecting the enthusiasm and effect of today's college students are analyzed. Besides, the influ-ence of other factors such as interest, target methods and human communication are elaborated from both the positive and negative aspects. Furthermore, the reason why college students are lack of enthusiasm and initiative for learning is explored. Finally, the suggestions that can activate the college students' enthusiasm and initiative are provided.关键词
