Abstract
Objective To investigate the significances between concentrations of NF-κB,TGF-β1,CTGF and pathological changes in rat models with adriamycin nephropathy,and discuss their involvement in the pathogenesis ofnephrotic syndrome.Methods 36 rats were randomly divided into control group and model group,18 rats in each group.In model group,adriamycin nephropathy models were established by caudal vein injection of adriamycin.Detected 24 h urinary protein and serum renal function indexes,and investigated the pathological changes in kidney tissue of two groups.Tested concentration variation of NF-κB,TGF-β1 and CTGF by immunological method (ELISA).Results ① At the second,forth and sixth week,urine protein,BUN and Scr in model group were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).② According to renal histopathology,kidney pathology constantly progressed with the extension of the time.③ At the second,forth and sixth week,the concentration of NF-κB,TGF-β1,CTGF in model group were higher than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions The increased concentration of NF-κB,TGF-β1,CTGF are important factors in the occurrence and development of glomerulosclerosis.They work together to promote the accumulation of extracellular matrix (ECM),which results in glomerulosclerosis.Therefore,it may be a treatment method to delay the development of glomerulosclerosis to block NF-κB,TGF-β1,CTGF.关键词
