Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 and airway inflammatory response in patients with asthma.Methods 80 cases of asthma in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected,and divided into observation group A and B according to the acute phase and the clinical remission,40 cases in each group.At the same time 40 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as control group.Measured serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 and lung function of three groups.Results Serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 of observation group A were higher than those of observation group B,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were lower,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 of observation group B were higher than those of control group,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were lower,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between each other among serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1,if one of the three increased,other two also increased (P＜0.05).Serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 levels were negatively correlated with FEV1,FEV1/FVC respectively,namely serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 levels increased,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC decreased (P＜0.05).Conclusion There is certain correlation between serum IL-13,VEGF,TGF-β1 and airway inflammatory response in patients with asthma,provide important basis for clinical treatment and diagnosis.关键词
