摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemoirrhage (HICH).Methods 60 cases of HICH in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into control group and experimental group with randomized controlled method.Control group received minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma,and experimental group received mild hypothermia on the basis of control group.Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in ESS score and BI score between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);ESS score and BI score in experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the rates of severe disability,plant survival between two groups (P＞0.05),the rates of good recovery,moderate disability in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05),the mortality in experimental group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);NIHSS score in experimental group after 1,3 months of treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of patients with HICH has ideal therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical application.关键词
