Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of mycophenolate mofetil on plasma FDP,Fib,serum albumin,24 h urine protein levels in children with purpura nephritis and its curative effect.Methods 68 children with purpura nephritis were randomly divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34).Control group was treated with conventional therapy,and observation group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil on the basis of control group.The treatment course of two groups was 6 months.Results Plasma FDP,Fib levels significantly decreased after treatment in both two groups (P＜0.05);plasma FDP,Fib levels in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Serum albumin level increased after treatment in both two groups,24 h urine protein level decreased (P＜0.05);serum albumin level in observation group after treatment was higher than that in control group,and 24 h urine protein level was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (94.12％ vs.70.59％,P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of purpura nephritis in children is significant,which can significantly decrease plasma FDP,Fib,serum 24 h urine protein levels and increase serum albumin level,thus relieve symptoms in children.关键词
