Abstract
Objective To study the effect of health education stage small cards in clinical nursing for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 86 patients with CHD in inpatient cardiovascular internal medicine from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of random parallel control.43 cases in study group received clinical nursing of health education stage small cards,43 cases in control group received clinical nursing of traditional health education model.Compared the mastering of health education related knowledge and the recovery of health function of two groups.Results The complete mastering rate of study group was 58.14%,significantly higher 16.28% of control group (x2=37.65,P=0.0000),the non-mastering rate of study group was 18.60%,lower than 34.88% of control group (x2=6.46,P=0.0110).The scores of game and glee,sleep and rest,household management social psychology,physical function and healthy diet function in study group increased significantly,with statistically significant differences compared with control group (P<0.05).ConclusionHealth education stage small cards can cooperate with hospitalization process each other in entire nursing progress for patients with CHD,help patients gradually master health knowledge,restore health function,with positive clinical significance.关键词
