Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of adverse medical events' informatization management in reducing unplanned extubation (UEX),and provide effective support for patients' pipeline management security.Methods 89 cases of UEX submitted to adverse medical events' informatization management system from Jan.2012 to Dec.2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Then we evaluated the application effect and statistically analyzed the UEX data.Results The application of adverse medical events' informatization management system realized submitted materials' uniformity,integrity and validity.After statistically analyzing the data of UEX,we found out that main causes were lack of knowledge of pipeline management security in nurses (30.3％),accidental extubation by restless patients (21.3％),and extubation by patients with uncomfortable feelings (18.0％).Conclusion The application of adverse medical events' informatization management system is an effective way to monitoring UEX,which can efficiently reduce the occurrence of UEX.关键词
