摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis.Methods 74 patients with bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=37) and a control group (n=37).The experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine and the control group western medicine.The efficacy,lung function and serum IgE level before and after the treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P＜0.05).The PEF,FEV1,PEFR,and serum IgE level were significantly higher after than before the treatment in both groups (P＜0.05) and were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group after the treatment (P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurrd in both groups during the treatment course.Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis is obviously effective.关键词
