奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌临床观察
Oxaliplatin combined with S-1 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 for patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods 106 patients with advanced colon cancer treated at our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected and randomly divided a conventional group and a combination group,53 cases for each group.The conventional group were routinely treated and the combined group were treated with S-1 and oxaliplatin.Results The treatment effective rate was 92.45％ in the combination group and 77.36％ in the conventional group (x 2=4.032,P=0.025).The quality of daily life was (52.51±6.05) in the combination group and (47.99±5.26) in the conventional group (t=3.265,P=0.031).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the combination group than in the conventional group (50.94％ vs.86.79％,x 2=4.945,P=0.011),with a statistical difference.Conclusions Oxaliplatin and S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer can improve their clinical symptoms and relieve their physical and mental pain.It is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
