白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果分析
Albumin-bound taxol for patients with advanced malignancies

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effect and safety of albumin-bound taxol for patients with advanced malignancies.Methods 105 patients with advanced cance admitted into our hospital from January,2011 to December,2014 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to whether treated with albumin-bound taxol.The single-agent chemotherapy group were treated with platinum chemotherapy drugs;and in addition,the combination chemotherapy group were treated with albumin-bound taxol.The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate and disease control rate were 57.89％ and 98.24％ in the combination chemotherapy group and were 6.25％ and 56.25％ in the single-agent chemotherapy group,with statistical differences (P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher in the combination chemotherapy group than in the single-agent chemotherapy group (75.43％ vs.52.08％),with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Albumin-bound taxol for advanced malignancies is effective,but has many adverse reactions needing symptomatic treatment.This conclusion has certain significance.关键词
