Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sweat pore-opening and collateralunblocking and detoxification for plaque psoriasis.Methods 78 patients with plaque psoriasis treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,39 cases for each group.The research group undertook sweat pore-opening and collateral-unblocking and detoxification and the control group collateral-unblocking and detoxification.The total efficacy,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),and pruritus score were compared between these two groups.Results The total efficacy were higher in the research group than in the control group (P＜0.05).After the treatment,the PASI and pruritus scores were lower in the research group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Sweat pore-opening and collateral-unblocking and detoxification for plaque psoriasis is quite effective and worth being clinically generalized.关键词
