Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the intervention by clinical pharmacist of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in aseptic operation. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients discharged from our hospital from January,2013 to January,2014 (after the intervention) and 100 patients from March,2011 to March,2012 (before the intervention) after aseptic operation were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in aseptic operation were compared and analyzed. The data were recorded on a table and saved and were statistically analyzed with SPSS 15.0.Results Before the intervention,91 patients (91%) perioperatively and prophylacticly took antibiotics;and after the intervention,45 (45%).The proportion of using prophylactic antimicrobial drugs decreased from 9% before the intervention to 1% after the intervention. The choices of antimicrobial drugs were more rational,up to 98%.The drug treatment course was more scientific (increased from 38% to 82%).The medical cost had also been significantly lowered. The cost of prophylactic antibiotics accounted for 1.45% of total drug cost. The hospital stay was shortened. Conclusions The intervention by clinical pharmacist of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in aseptic operation is clinically effectibve, can rationalize the use of antibiotics, lower medical cost, and shorten hospital stay, and is safe and feasible and worth being clinically generalized.关键词
