Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of high quality nursing service mode for patients with dangerous placenta previa.Methods 98 patients with dangerous placenta previa treated at our hospital from March,2010 to March,2015 were selected and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to nursing mode.The observation group was given high quality nursing mode and the control group conventional nursing.The recovery conditions and the incidence of complications were compared between these two groups.Results The hearing ability and walking ability were recovered better in the observation group than in the control group.After different methods of care,the incidences of anemia and thrombocytopenia were significantly lower and the satisfaction degree [73.47％ (36/49) vs.51.02％ (25/49)] was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions High quality nursing mode for patients with dangerous placenta previa can effectively promote their postoperative recovery and decrease the incidence of complications.关键词
