Abstract
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing care for patients undergoing early abortion after embryo transfer.Methods 46 patients undergoing early abortion after embryo transfer at our hospital from January,2013 to January,2015 were selected and randomly divided into and observation group and a control group,23 cases for each group.The observation group received humanized nursing care and the control group common nursing care.Results The were no statistical differences in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD) between these two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05).The scores of HAMA and HRSD were lower when discharging than before the intervention in both groups and were lower in the observation group than in the control group when discharging,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).After 6 months' follow-up,the scores of HAMA and HRSD were lower than when discharging in the observation group but higher in the control group and fewer patients got depression or anxiety in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The hospital stay and satisfaction score were 3.2 days and 92.4 in the observation group and were 5.7 days and 76.9 in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Humanized nursing care for early abortion after embryo transfer could improve anxiety and depression and increase nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
