Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of dietary fiber on hemorheology indexes of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods Totally 151 cases of GDM were randomly divided into dietary fiber group (78 cases) and normal diet group (73 cases).Venous blood was collected before and 12 weeks after treatment respectively for them to detect the changes in blood glucose, lipids and hemorheology indexes.Results The blood glucose at 30min, 60min, 120min and 180min after meal, triglycerides and LDL were lower in dietary fiber group than in normal diet group (t value was 2.236, 3.324, 2.127, 2.163, 2.325 and 3.216, respectively, all P<0. 05) .Whole blood viscosity of 200S-1 , 30S-1 , 5S-1 and 1S-1 , plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, red blood cells deposited, whole blood low shear reduction viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, blood sedimentation equation K value, whole blood low shear relative viscosity and fibrinogen indexes were reduced more significantly in dietary fiber treatment group than in normal diet group (t value ranged 2.329-8.235, all P <0.05).Conclusion Dietary fiber reduces the hemorheology indexes of patients with GDM with the possible mechanism of reducing blood glucose and lipid level.关键词
