Abstract
Micro-RNA (miRNA) is a kind of small endogenous non-coding RNA molecule, which plays an important role in regulating the incidence and development of endometriosis (EMS) .It is correlated with EMS associated infertility and canceration of EMS as well. With stable expression and relatively high sensitivity and specificity, miRNAs are rarely degraded by RNA and can secrete into blood. According to difference in miRNAs expression in EMS, it is presumed that EMS could be diagnosed by detecting miRNAs in blood, and that EMS targeted therapy could be performed with miRNAs antagonists and analogies.关键词
