Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the preventive effects of moderately hydrolyzed protein formula on infant eczema.Methods:From 2014 to 2015, a total of 58 cases of infant children with eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group. hTe control group was given common infant formula; observation group used moderate protein hydrolysate protein formula. Atfer bottle-feeding for 1 month, topical hormone therapy was given to these patients who were not successful in controlling the disease. Curative effects of two groups were comprehensive observed, as well as other related indicators.Results:At the end of the course, improvement degree of observation group was obviously better than the control group, difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Total effective rate of observation group, hormone drugs rate, and disease recurrence rate were 96.67%, 30.0%, 10.0%, the control group were 75.0%, 53.57% and 28.75% respectively, comparison of the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moderately hydrolyzed protein formula can effectively improve the situation of infant milk protein intolerance, avoiding baby eczema and other allergic reactions, which is safe and effective and worth of popularizing.关键词
