摘要
Abstract
NF-κB (nuclear transcription factor kappa B) is a series of important transcription factors. It’s role in the development and treatment of lung cancer has always being a hot spot in the domestic and foreign research. hTe activation of NF-κB signaling pathway can lead to abnormal expression of a series of lung cancer related genes, which may affect the whole process of the occurrence and development of lung cancer, but the speciifc mechanism is not yet fully understood. Inhibitors of NF-κB signaling pathway can improve the sensitivity of lung cancer patients to radiotherapy and chemotherapy by inducing apoptosis. In recent years, the clinical study found that the combination of chemotherapy/radiotherapy and NF-κB inhibitor can signiifcantly prolong the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer, and provide a new strategy for the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer. In this article, we reviewed the research progression of NF-κB in lung cancer.关键词
