摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granules in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 94 ventricular arrhythmia patients with myocardial infarction ad-mitted during April 2014 and June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=44). The control group received basic treatment, while the observation group was added with Wenxin granules based on basic treatment. The clinical effects, QT interval dispersion (QTd), serum interleukin-17 (IL-17), plasma high sensi-tive C reactive protein ( hs-CRP) levels and changes of blood lipid were observed, and incidence rates of adverse cardio-vascular events were recorded in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). After the treatment in the observation group, the values of QTd, serum IL-17, plasma hs-CRP level, levels of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein were lower, while the high density lipoprotein level was higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Wenxin granules in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia patients with myocardial infarction can effectively improve the level of blood lipid and reduce the incidence rate of arrhythmia with good curative effect.关键词
