Abstract
On the basis of consideration of the use requirements from the oil field and threading capacity of the existing machine tools, by means of computer simulation technology, analyzed and simulated casing joint performance in a variety of working conditions,optimized the structure of premium connection,finally designed a premium connection HSM-2 for casing with independent intellectual property rights of new structure. Currently,HSM-2 premium connection has passed the strict evaluation test, and obtained the downhole application. The design and development of new product HSM-2 casing premium connection, successfully implemented seamless connection of CAD(computer aided design)—CAE(computer aided analysis)—CAM(computer aided machining), reduced the cost and development cycle of new product, provided a reference for developing similar products.关键词
