烤烟常规化学成分与氢氰酸关系研究
Relationship between HCN Release and Chemical Components in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

Abstract
The relationship between HCN release and chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaf was analyzed by the correlation and liner regression statistics methods,with the typical grade tobacco in major flue-cured tobacco areas as materials. The results showed that the release amount of HCN( y) was affected by total nitrogen ( x1 ), total sugar ( x2 ) and potassium/chlorine ( x3 ) in flue-cured tobacco leaf. The content of total nitrogen and sugar was positively related with the release amount of HCN,but the ratio of potassium/chlorine was negatively related with it. Based on above analysis,regression equation could be obtained and expressed such as y=1. 98 +120. 08x1 +1. 50x2 -3. 20x3. So tobacco leaves with higher potassium/chlorine,and lower total nitrogen and sugar could be chosen to decrease the release amount of HCN in the tobacco production and formula.关键词
